New Spring Menu Items Are Blossoming!
Spring is one of the most beautiful times to visit Japan. Walkways are immersed in the beautiful rich pink of cherry blossoms and their sweet fragrance dances through the air.
We’re so inspired by Japanese cherry blossoms that our new spring specials are a reflection of Japanese culture. Our premier menu item of the season is Sakura Bloom. Sakura being the Japanese word for cherry blossom means this dish is as beautiful as it is delicious. It infuses flavors of pink ingredients that include watermelon radish, citrus, and dried cranberry atop arugula. How fresh!
Me-so Hungry is an energizing blend of chicken and miso ginger atop greens. Turn up the heat with Karaii Shrimp, tossed with parsley, cilantro, Sriracha, lime, tobiko (flying fish roe), and Himalayan pink salt.
